Quality Manager Job Description

Condair Group, a global leader in humidification, dehumidification, and evaporative cooling, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for maintaining a quality management system that meets the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve the quality management system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Design and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality standards are met during production.
  • Support the establishment and expansion of ISO certifications and required obligations.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate quality assurance programs, action plans, and formulate quality control policies to continuously improve product quality, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology.
  • 7+ years of QA leadership experience in manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
