Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer

Condair Group is seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest quality standards and expectations of our Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct supplier-related audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with our QMS.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance goals and track progress.
  • Support the administration and application of our PPAP program.
  • Perform feasibility studies for facility utilization, expansion, consolidation, or termination.
  • Travel up to 50% to 75% to support various vendors across North America.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar Engineering major.
  • 7 or more years of engineering experience, preferably with 1 to 5 years of quality engineering or design for manufacturability experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
  • General understanding of Geometric Tolerancing and how to apply to parts drawings.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Solidworks or Pro-Engineer software.
