Quality Assurance Manager

Condair Group, a global leader in humidification, dehumidification, and evaporative cooling, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Chester, VA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining our quality management system (QMS) to meet our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality standards are met during production.
  • Support the establishment and expansion of ISO certifications and required obligations.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate quality assurance programs, action plans, and formulate quality control policies to continuously improve product quality, reduce defects & warranty claims, improve efficiency, drive profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology.
  • 7+ years of QA leadership experience in Manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Minitab, Word, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of ASQ, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Lead Auditor Training.
