Job Description:

GSK Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee various IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, manage project teams, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met according to the project plan.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project outputs meet required standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities, decisions, and changes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential negative impacts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
