Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at the Ticket Desk and Cornerstone Station Annual Pass Gift Shop. As a key member of our First Impressions team, you will be responsible for handling sales, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean and orderly shop.

Your duties will include:

  • Delivering exceptional guest service to internal and external customers
  • Performing opening and closing procedures, as well as all other normal cashier duties
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Restocking shelves as needed
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner and taking messages/orders as required

You will work closely with our First Impressions Senior Team Leader to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in retail or a related field and a willingness to receive training
  • A kind personality, a desire to contribute to a great team, and a willingness to learn or improve skills
  • The ability to display a professional, engaging, and polite image to guests and team partners
  • The ability to read and understand operational documents
  • The ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using American money
  • A flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
Compensation

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive hourly wage of $11-$11.25 per hour. This compensation reflects the importance of your role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our organization.
