Sweet Treats Confectioner

See Rock City Inc is seeking a skilled Sweet Treats Confectioner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality fudge and candies that delight our guests.

Job Summary:

The Sweet Treats Confectioner will work in the Fudge Kitchen, preparing fudge and candies while providing exceptional guest service. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality fudge and candies according to recipes and guidelines
• Provide excellent guest service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with the Food Team Leader to ensure efficient daily operations
• Assist with visual merchandising and display of products
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in candy making or a related field
• Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation:

$12.45-$12.50 per hour
