Sweet Treat Confectioner

We are seeking a skilled Sweet Treat Confectioner to join our team at See Rock City Inc.

As a member of our Fudge Kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality fudge and candies while providing excellent guest service in line with our mission, culture, and values.

You will work closely with the Food Team Leader to ensure that merchandise is attractively displayed and that the work area is properly stocked and maintained.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of previous experience in candy making or a related field and be willing to receive training. They should also have a kind personality, a desire to contribute to a great team, and a willingness to learn or improve skills.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $12.45-$12.50, which is reflective of the market rate for this position in our location. This compensation package allows us to attract top talent while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

• Delivering exceptional guest service to internal and external customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines
• Preparing fudge to include mixing, pouring, and cutting by strictly adhering to recipe guidelines
• Ensuring all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner
