Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Site Manager to lead our operations at the Children's Refugee Shelter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of services, and providing exceptional support to our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the management of shelter operations, including staff supervision, resource allocation, and service delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of employees from Teneo Linguistics Company, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Establish and maintain effective relationships with partner organizations, ensuring seamless coordination and a unified approach to our mission.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed client, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Regularly report to the Program Director, providing updates, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, prioritizing the welfare and well-being of the children in our care.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of success in managerial roles, preferably in environments serving vulnerable populations.
  • Project Experience: Past involvement in projects with organizations like HHS, FEMA, Red Cross, or similar will be highly valued.
  • Key Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous, though not mandatory.
