We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead our team at Zips Car Wash. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the car wash, maintaining a clean and functional environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, interview, hire, and performance manage site-level team members.
  • Training and Development: Train Customer Service Associates, Leads, and Assistant Managers, and provide ongoing education and coaching.
  • Scheduling and Goal Setting: Create team member schedules, assign responsibilities, and set financial goals and sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, sell, and promote our Unlimited Wash Club.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, and consistently uphold and enforce company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a management role, 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associate degree or higher in business or related field (preferred).
  • Skills: Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
