Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CPA to join our team at Pickler Accounting Advisors. This role is pivotal in representing our firm to both potential and current clients while collaborating with a close-knit group to deliver exceptional service.

Role Responsibilities
The CPA will undertake a variety of tasks, including:
  • Serving as the primary resource for accounting services, generating new business and fulfilling client needs.
  • Managing or delegating services to sister companies as required, ensuring seamless collaboration with their leadership.
  • Utilizing advanced knowledge of accounting software and technology to assist clients effectively.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in tax preparation within a public accounting environment.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software, with a preference for Drake Tax.
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain client records and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage client communications, including phone and email inquiries.
  • Experience in tax planning, preparation, and IRS issue resolution.
  • Leadership skills to supervise junior staff and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
