*Job Description:*

As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing the complete accounting cycle for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This position requires someone with a proven track record in a CPA firm environment and the ability to navigate seamlessly through various client accounts.

*Client Engagement:*
* Work closely with a portfolio of clients, ranging from small businesses to enterprises.
* Interact directly with clients to understand their unique financial needs and provide personalized solutions.

*Full-Charge Bookkeeping:*
* Take ownership of the entire monthly accounting cycle for assigned clients.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

*Financial Reporting:*
* Produce comprehensive month-end financial reports for clients, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and collaborate with tax professionals for tax planning and compliance.

*CPA Firm Expertise:*
* Utilize your extensive experience working within CPA firms to navigate complex accounting scenarios.
* Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

*Fluidity and Adaptability:*
* Thrive in a fast-moving environment where the ability to switch between clients seamlessly is essential.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving client needs and industry changes.

_*\*\*Qualifications\*\**_

*Education:*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus, not required.
* CPA firm experience is needed to excel in this role.

*Experience:*
* Minimum of 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience in a CPA firm setting.
* Proven ability to manage multiple clients concurrently.

*Skills:*
* Proficient in accounting software
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

*Communication:*
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.

*Team Player:*
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
