About Pickler Accounting Advisors
Pickler Accounting Advisors is in search of a qualified CPA to represent our firm positively to both potential and current clients. You will be part of a close-knit team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Role Responsibilities
The CPA at our firm plays a vital role, encompassing both business development and the execution of accounting tasks for our clientele. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the primary resource for client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborating with sister companies to manage and delegate services as required.
  • Utilizing your expertise in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintaining a proactive approach to client management, including responding to inquiries and managing client interactions.
  • Overseeing the preparation and approval of various tax returns, including 1040s, 1065s, and 1120s.
  • Supervising staff members and ensuring a collaborative team environment.
  • Engaging in tax planning, bookkeeping, and business advisory services.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for an organized and professional individual who is committed to client success. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in tax preparation within a public accounting setting.
  • Proficiency in Drake Tax preparation software and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
