Position Overview

Pritchard Industries is currently looking for dedicated Day & Night Custodians. This role offers comprehensive 32BJ Union benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform essential building upkeep including vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors.
  • Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness in restrooms and break areas.
  • Execute various tasks to ensure the facility is kept in a safe, healthy, and sanitary condition.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate a professional demeanor and appearance. They should be self-driven, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.

Job Requirements
  • Must hold an active Black Seal certification.
  • Ability to follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in cleaning is advantageous.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $18.00 per hour (with scheduled raises)

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with options for Day and Evening shifts. The role includes:
