Position Overview:
As a high-volume collection firm, PBFCM fosters a professional yet relaxed work atmosphere.
We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time team member for our Collections Department to aid in the recovery of overdue fines and fees through diverse communication methods and potential legal preparations.
Compensation:
Our Call Center Representatives receive a competitive hourly wage of $15.00.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a substantial volume of incoming phone inquiries
• Initiate outbound calls to account holders
• Document correspondence sent, received, or needing further action in the account management system
• Conduct research for owner contact details as necessary
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Maintain accountability for call quality, attendance, and adherence to the work schedule
Experience Requirements:
• Previous office experience is preferred
• Experience in a legal office, collections setting, or tax office is advantageous
• Customer service experience is preferred
Educational Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Some college education is preferred
Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
