Job Summary

The TRUNO Company is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for receiving and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Create support tickets from incoming calls and electronic communications.
  • Escalate calls as necessary and diffuse customer complaints.
  • Make outgoing calls and electronic communications to Service Technicians.
  • Multi-task with accuracy and maintain a high level of productivity.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a telephone call center.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dispatch experience.
  • Bilingual.
