Overview:
Effectively oversee client accounts while providing support to Account Executives to ensure alignment with client, customer, and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to Company and Client standards regarding Client Fund Management and operational procedures.

Relay all essential account information to clients concerning any changes in our customers' policies.

Draft and execute legally binding agreements for all retail partners.

Accountable for generating and delivering confidential financial reports for clients and retailers.

Ensure timely and precise billing and invoicing for clients.

Maintain Client Open Deductions at or below 90 days in accordance with Company standards.


Systematically organize and archive client correspondence, contracts, bill backs, and deductions while meeting client expectations in claims and deductions management.

Address issues in a prompt and courteous manner.

May assist with client and company planning tools.

Prepare for and engage in client self-audits alongside Account Executives.

Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.


To excel in this role, an individual must effectively perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Education / Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, along with 2 years of prior experience in a comparable position.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in PC operations and strong capabilities in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Work Environment:
Standard office setting.

Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work, involving exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible force frequently. Sedentary work primarily involves sitting, with occasional walking and standing. The position typically requires reaching, standing, walking, grasping, talking, hearing, and seeing.

Language Proficiency:
English is the primary language required; however, bilingual skills may be necessary based on business needs.
