Job Overview

We're seeking results-oriented, persistent, and outstanding sales professionals to join our team as Account Executives, SMB Sales. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build stellar relationships with customers, offering them T-Mobile's unparalleled product and service line. This is a true hunter role, where you'll meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, under the supervision of a sales manager.
  • Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, working with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals, fully applying all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required)
  • Task Management, Customer Service, Communication, Negotiation, and Proposal Writing skills (Required)
