Position Summary
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland. The BCBA will utilize effective methodologies and technologies in community environments to help youth develop, maintain, enhance, and generalize essential behavioral, self-help, social, relational, and communication skills. These skills are vital for fostering relationships and promoting independence and functionality.

Key Responsibilities
1. Implement behavioral support strategies tailored to individual needs based on continuous assessment.
2. Conduct Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) including Functional Behavioral Assessments and the creation of Behavioral Support Plans.
3. Supervise and guide RVT/Behavior Support Specialist staff as necessary.
4. Execute the personalized Behavior Support Plan.
5. Deliver Positive Behavioral Supports.
6. Provide training and oversight to support staff delivering ABA services.
7. Ensure direct supervision of behavior technicians in accordance with Board Certification standards.
8. Adjust the Behavioral Support Plan based on systematic evaluations of observational data.
9. Collaborate with program staff and participate as a member of the clinical team.
10. Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Level Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
- Ability to establish supportive relationships with individuals receiving services.
- Strong judgment and composure in crisis situations.
- Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
- Completion of all state and agency-required training.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities.

Working Conditions
- Participation in on-call coverage with other clinicians for crisis response.
- Potential exposure to various medical conditions and communicable diseases.
- Travel by automobile may be required, utilizing personal vehicle and facing varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $90,000 annually
