Job Overview

Position Summary: The Clinical Lead role is pivotal in the establishment and execution of clinical initiatives. This position collaborates closely with the assigned Regional Clinical Director to oversee clinical quality in the local area, which includes training new BCBAs, offering crisis intervention training, mentoring existing BCBAs, and fostering the growth of students in BACB Fieldwork programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support BCBAs in the region.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for behavior technicians, fieldwork students, and BCBAs.
  • Provide mentorship and ongoing guidance to BCBAs.
  • Conduct group supervision and mentorship for BACB fieldwork students.
  • Assist the Regional Clinical Director during collaborative events aimed at enhancing learning and cultural development.
  • Guide families and BCBAs in effectively implementing treatment plans.
  • Engage in monthly travel to designated locations for training and engagement purposes.
  • Regularly communicate with local operators to ensure clinical needs are adequately addressed.
  • Deliver precise weekly and monthly reports on clinical progress.
  • Manage a caseload of clients based on regional demands.
  • Maintain physical readiness to engage with clients throughout various session activities, which may include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, running, and other physical movements necessary for working with children aged 2-15 years.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Valid BCBA certification.
  • Proven experience in applying behavioral analysis (ABA) with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or similar conditions.
  • Capability to administer and interpret diverse clinical assessments.
  • Exemplary clinical skills and judgment.
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Licensure as a Behavior Analyst (or eligibility) in all states within the coverage area.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiency.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a BCBA, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
