Job Overview

Position Summary: The Clinical Lead role is integral to the design and execution of behavioral health initiatives. This position collaborates with the Regional Clinical Director to uphold clinical excellence within the local market. Key responsibilities include training new BCBAs, offering crisis intervention training, mentoring existing staff, and fostering the growth of students in BACB Fieldwork programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide BCBA professionals.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for behavior technicians, fieldwork students, and BCBAs in the region.
  • Provide mentorship and ongoing support to BCBAs.
  • Conduct group supervision sessions for BACB fieldwork students.
  • Assist the Regional Clinical Director in collaborative events aimed at enhancing learning and cultural development.
  • Support families and BCBAs in maintaining effective treatment adherence.
  • Travel approximately 20% of the time for training and engagement activities.
  • Regularly engage with local operators to address clinical needs.
  • Deliver accurate weekly and monthly clinical progress reports.
  • Manage a caseload tailored to the region's requirements.
  • Physically engage with clients during sessions, which may involve standing, sitting, bending, lifting, running, and other physical activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in behavioral analysis, psychology, education, or a related discipline.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Proven experience in implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or similar conditions.
  • Ability to administer and interpret various clinical assessments.
  • Strong clinical judgment and competence.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Licensure as a Behavior Analyst (or eligibility) in all states within the coverage area.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiency.
  • A minimum of five years' experience as a BCBA, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
