Job Overview

Position Summary: The Clinical Lead role at Proud Moments is pivotal in the advancement and execution of our clinical initiatives. This position collaborates closely with the Regional Clinical Director to uphold the highest standards of clinical quality within the local market. Key responsibilities include training new BCBAs, delivering crisis prevention training, mentoring existing BCBAs, and fostering the growth of students in BACB Fieldwork programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee direct supervision of BCBAs.
  • Facilitate local clinical onboarding for behavior technicians, fieldwork students, and BCBAs.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to BCBAs in the designated region.
  • Conduct group supervision and mentorship for BACB fieldwork students.
  • Assist the Regional Clinical Director during collaborative events aimed at enhancing learning and cultural development for BCBAs and fieldwork students.
  • Support families and BCBAs in effectively implementing treatment plans.
  • Engage in approximately 20% travel to designated locations for training and engagement activities on a monthly basis.
  • Regularly communicate with local operators to ensure all clinical requirements are fulfilled.
  • Deliver precise weekly and monthly reports on clinical progress.
  • Manage a caseload of clients tailored to the needs of the region.
  • Maintain physical engagement with clients during sessions, which includes various physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, lifting over 25 pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and keeping pace with children aged 2-15 years.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Valid BCBA certification.
  • Proven experience in applying behavioral analysis (ABA) techniques with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or similar conditions.
  • Capability to administer and interpret diverse clinical assessments.
  • Strong clinical competence and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (or eligible) in all states within the coverage area.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a BCBA, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
