Sales Representative

At RSR - Frontier, we're building a digital infrastructure that's transforming the way people live and work. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in connecting communities to our blazing-fast broadband connectivity.
What We're Seeking:We're looking for a driven and persistent individual to join our Consumer Direct Sales organization. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll prospect customers through door-to-door solicitation, leveraging your strong communication skills to explain our product offerings and value.
What You'll Do:- Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads and territories, utilizing a combination of door-to-door solicitation, outbound calling, and lead follow-up.
- Analyze and develop personalized sales proposals based on meeting customers' needs.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and complete training programs to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and complete administrative tasks related to products sold.
- Stay informed about competitors' activities in the assigned territory and report any changing competitive pricing programs or marketing directives to your manager.
We provide a competitive pay package with expected earnings of around $95,000, with an annual upside of over $200,000. Our benefits prioritize the wellness of you and your family, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plan benefits, tuition assistance, and a 401k match.
What We Need in You:We're looking for a strong communicator with a sense of independence, able to navigate assigned territories, close sales, and nurture relationships with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record are required.
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling, with 6 months+ of direct sales experience.
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, particularly fixed telecommunications services such as cable, fiber, or fixed-wireless access.
