Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at RSR - Frontier. As a key member of our Consumer Direct Sales organization, you will play a critical role in connecting communities to our blazing-fast broadband connectivity.
What We're Seeking:We are looking for a sales professional who can prospect customers through door-to-door solicitation, outbound calling, and lead follow-up. You will be responsible for acquiring new residential customers and delivering personalized sales proposals based on meeting the customers' needs.
What We Offer:We provide a competitive pay package with expected earnings of around $95,000, with an annual upside of over $200,000. Our benefits prioritize the wellness of you and your family, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plan benefits, tuition assistance, 20 PTO days, and a 401k match.
Responsibilities:- Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads and territories
- Analyze, develop, and deliver personalized sales proposals
- Actively participate in sales meetings and complete training programs
- Achieve monthly sales quotas
- Complete all administrative tasks related to products sold
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, software applications, and communication devices
- Previous success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services
