Position Overview: Titan Virginia Ready Mix is on the lookout for an Environmental Compliance Director to oversee environmental initiatives at our facilities. This role, reporting directly to the Vice President of Mid Atlantic Ready Mix, provides a unique opportunity to manage environmental compliance independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage environmental compliance initiatives
  • Secure and negotiate necessary environmental permits
  • Design and execute environmental management strategies
  • Investigate and address compliance challenges
  • Offer engineering guidance for modifications or new projects
  • Educate staff on environmental regulations and issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a heavy industrial environment, including 5-7 years in a leadership role
  • Familiarity with air quality and water regulatory standards
  • Proven experience in managing environmental programs

Additional Skills:
