Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Operations Manager to join our team at Corporate Cleaning Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleaning services are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and understand various cleaning positions within a territory to cover shifts for emergencies or scheduled days off.
  • Responsible for 7 buildings, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Cover cleaning shifts as needed, providing excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Detail work at facilities, including laundry services and restocking locations with cleaning supplies.
  • Train new or existing employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Work with new or existing employees, building strong relationships and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Help with start-up accounts, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients.
  • Facility cleaning inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • No custodial experience required, but a strong work ethic and customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel to multiple facilities in one shift using own vehicle with valid driver's license.
  • Excellent attendance and reliable transportation are crucial for this role.
  • Ability to lift/move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push/roll recycling bins.
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
  • Dependable, Positive, Reliable, and Team Orientated individuals are a must.
  • Janitorial Operations Management preferred, but not required.
  • Leadership experience a plus.
