Security Guard

The Apothecarium is a leading medical and recreational cannabis dispensary with multiple locations across the United States. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and welcoming environment for our customers, while also offering a wide range of high-quality cannabis products.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our dispensary, patients, and staff. This is a critical role that requires a high level of situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Ensure the safety and security of the dispensary, patients, and staff
• Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular security checks and patrols of the dispensary and surrounding areas
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

• At least two (2) years of Law Enforcement, Security, and/or Military experience
• Must be proficient with computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work well within a team environment

• Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time
• Able to handle cash or card transactions with patients using an electronic processing system
