Job Summary

Corient is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Family Office Associate to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our high-net-worth clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client bills and filings with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Process bill collection and vendor payments in a timely manner
  • Research and resolve issues or discrepancies with client accounts and bills
  • Respond to client requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of client bank accounts and credit cards
  • Assist with client onboarding and ensure a seamless experience
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with policies and procedures
Requirements
  • University degree in accounting or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum three years experience in accounting providing client services in personal tax, family office or related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passion for exceptional client service and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
