Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Office Associate to join our team. As a Family Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Relationship Management
    • Provide exceptional client service and support to high-net-worth individuals and families
    • Manage client relationships and ensure timely and effective communication
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Financial Services and Operations
    • Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
    • Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to clients on investment opportunities
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Team Collaboration and Support
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services
    • Provide support and guidance to junior team members to ensure their success and growth
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
    • Minimum three years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in financial software and systems

Physical Requirements
  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
