Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Family Office Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support, while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Support
    • Provide exceptional client service and support, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with our client services team to ensure seamless delivery of our financial services.
  • Financial Services Operations
    • Manage client bills and filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Process bill collections and payments, while maintaining accurate records.
    • Research and resolve issues or discrepancies with client accounts and bills.
  • Vendor Management
    • Manage vendor relationships and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Perform monthly reconciliations of client bank accounts and credit cards.
    • Assist with financial reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to our leadership team.
  • Team Support
    • Provide support to our team members, as needed, to ensure seamless delivery of our financial services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • University degree in accounting or a related field.
    • Minimum three years of experience in accounting or a related field, providing client services and support.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Passion for exceptional client service.
    • Positive and professional demeanor.
    • Ability to adhere to strict process, control, and confidentiality standards.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle and respond to multiple client and department demands in a timely manner.

Physical Requirements
  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Corient Private Wealth LLC participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be willing to execute Corient Private Wealth LLC's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
