We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Team Member to join our Subway team. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage employee scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity.
  • Oversee employee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop employees to meet company standards and expectations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.
