- 3+ years of proven leadership experience with a history of effectively managing people leaders

- Experience managing a remote team with empathy and a focus on engagement, managing expectations and outcomes
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business drivers, adapt and remain flexible during times of change
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an urgent manner
- Relationship builder with strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong technical skills with ability to quickly learn new software and leverage tech to resolve issues
