We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our management team at Rottinghaus Company Inc, Subway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Oversee the scheduling of employees, manage employee payroll, and ensure that all new hires are properly trained and oriented.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct weekly inventory of the store, ensure that all products are properly stocked and rotated, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food products are handled, stored, and prepared in accordance with Subway's food safety and quality standards.
  • Employee Development: Train and develop employees to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, bank deposits, and reconciliation of sales and inventory records.
Requirements:
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age upon promotion.
  • Availability: Must have flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer Service Skills: Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
  • Math Skills: Must have intermediate math skills to accurately count change and reconcile sales and inventory records.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check prior to hire.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance for all management positions who drive to the bank.
