The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality and safety goals
  • Monitoring and evaluating resident care to identify areas for improvement
  • Representing the nursing department in meetings and discussions with management
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid State RN License
  • At least 3 years of experience in long-term care
  • 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse
  • Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills
