Job Title: Assistant Community Manager

AOG Living is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will assist the Community Manager in the overall management of the property, including financial and accounting aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Community Manager with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
  • Process payments, track late payments, and apply late charges in accordance with company policy.
  • Handle NSF/returned checks and follow up on delinquencies.
  • Complete final account statements and send collection files to the appropriate agency.
  • Assume Property Manager's duties/authority in absence of immediate supervisor.
  • Perform all functions related to multi-family property leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge and one (1) year of experience in multi-family property management.
  • National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Mathematical skills required.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, property management software, and Microsoft Office.
