We are currently looking for a full-time, Corporate Receptionist/Administrative Professional to become an integral part of our executive support team. Responsibilities of the Administrative Professional:
  • Performing general receptionist duties
  • Assisting with the daily operations of the HR Department
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to the Corporate Office and Human Resources Team
  • Processing documentation efficiently
  • Generating reports related to compensation, payroll, and training
Qualifications for the Administrative Professional:
  • Experience in an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant administrative role
  • Bi-lingual candidates preferred
  • Proficient computer skills; familiarity with Google Platform and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
  • Interpersonal skills for effective communication with external entities and company personnel
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
