Medical Device Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the assigned region.
- Lead a regional sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Meet or exceed organizational key performance indicators, sales targets, and quotas.
- Monitor account performance and redirect efforts when goals are not being met.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers and employees externally and internally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years successful sales experience required.
- 3+ years successful sales management experience preferred.
- Urology background and/or medical device sales experience preferred.
- Proven success in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Benefits: At Coloplast, we offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
