Job Summary

Cenergy International is seeking a skilled Assembler/Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing a variety of complex products to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test products using mechanical skills, hand and power tools, and test equipment.
  • Record test results and identify malfunctions.
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, and test specifications.
  • Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications.
  • Participate in lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Two or more years of industry-related experience in assembly/test in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.
  • Proficient in basic mathematical calculations and computer skills.
  • Strong mechanical reasoning and ability to implement lean initiatives.
