Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parker Assembler/Tester to join our team at First Tek. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling and testing a variety of moderately complex products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test products using mechanical skills, hand and power tools, and mechanical/electronic tools.
  • Record test results on data forms using electrical equipment and flow measurement devices.
  • Identify malfunctions disclosed by test data and rework as instructed.
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directives.
  • Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications.
  • Perform touch-up or full surface painting of parts with finishing materials.
  • Participate in lean initiatives by identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in training less experienced team members.
  • Ensure all equipment is calibrated in accordance with calibration schedule.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Ability to read procedures and follow instructions.
  • Valid driver's license and current state-required minimum vehicle insurance coverage.
