Job Summary

Parker Aerospace's Military Flight Controls Division is seeking a skilled Assembler/Tester to join their team. As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling and testing a variety of moderately complex products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly and testing functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment.
  • Record test results on data forms using electrical equipment and flow measurement devices.
  • Identify malfunctions disclosed by test data and rework as instructed.
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives.
  • Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general equivalency required.
  • Two or more years industry-related experience in assembly/test in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate product and process knowledge by applying it to newly learned techniques.
  • Able to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment.
