Job Description

Cenergy International is seeking a skilled Assembler/Tester to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing a variety of complex products to meet customer quality and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex assembly and testing functions using mechanical skills, hand and power tools, and test equipment.
  • Record test results on data forms using electrical equipment and flow measurement devices.
  • Identify malfunctions and rework as instructed.
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, and test specifications.
  • Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications.
  • Participate in lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Assist in training less experienced team members.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Two or more years of industry-related experience in assembly/test in a manufacturing environment.
  • Product and process knowledge, with ability to apply it to new techniques.
  • Strong mechanical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
