Support Services Specialist:

As a Support Services Specialist, your role will involve collaborating with our teams to create an environment of unwavering, positive support that encourages daily decision-making, enhanced independence, and active participation in community life.

Key Responsibilities: (This list is not exhaustive)

  • Provide assistance to individuals with daily living activities, including self-care, hygiene, meal preparation, budgeting, home upkeep, recreational activities, and social skills development.
  • Implement and adhere to behavioral support and treatment plans as necessary, documenting observed behaviors.
  • Facilitate opportunities for social and recreational activities tailored to the interests of the individuals we support.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and maintain a positive demeanor characterized by compassion, cooperation, and respect.
  • Manage medication administration, documentation, and ordering in line with the Medication Administration Program (MAP) regulations and policies.

Qualifications Required:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
