Our mission is to assist individuals with disabilities in community environments. We offer a variety of full-time and part-time roles, with opportunities available across multiple locations. As a Support Services Specialist, your role will involve collaborating with our teams to create an environment of unwavering, positive support that encourages daily decision-making, enhanced independence, and active participation in community life.
Key Responsibilities: (This list is not exhaustive)
- Provide assistance to individuals with daily living activities, including self-care, hygiene, meal preparation, budgeting, home upkeep, recreational activities, and social skills development.
- Implement and adhere to behavioral support and treatment plans as necessary, documenting observed behaviors.
- Facilitate opportunities for social and recreational activities tailored to the interests of the individuals we support.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and maintain a positive demeanor characterized by compassion, cooperation, and respect.
- Manage medication administration, documentation, and ordering in line with the Medication Administration Program (MAP) regulations and policies.

Qualifications Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
