Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary starting at $47,000, negotiable based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including matching 401(k), medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, flexible PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
Job DescriptionThis position involves providing administrative support to clients across various industries, including small business and non-profit sectors. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative assistance to clients to optimize efficiency and resources
- Maintaining accurate databases, spreadsheets, project trackers, and other essential tools
- Managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for internal and client projects
- Assisting with QuickBooks online implementation and Gusto Payroll packages
- Supporting tax registration and reporting tasks
- Performing basic categorization and bookkeeping duties
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, finance, or administrative support roles, with a proven track record of streamlining office practices and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively with all levels of management and employees
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Rippling, Paychex, ADP, or other payroll systems is a plus. HubSpot and Square/Shopify experience is also beneficial.
