Rig Crew Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Workover Rig Chief/Operator to join our team at Brigade Energy Services LLC. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled leader to oversee the operation of our workover rigs and ensure the safe and efficient execution of well servicing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of rig crew members and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Operate the workover rig and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to minimize risk.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and job performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience operating a workover rig as a Chief/Operator.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
