At MSI, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional showroom experience to our customers.

About the Role:

  • Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their product needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Assist customers with their product selection and design, ensuring they have an enjoyable and informative shopping experience.
  • Qualify walk-in customers to understand the full scope of their project and present MSI materials for their entire project needs.
  • Proactively follow up with trade customers to seek opportunities and ensure sales are converted through exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain the showroom and displays to the highest standards, ensuring products are updated and marketing materials are readily available for customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of industry retail sales experience is required.
  • Excellent oral and written English language communication skills are essential.
  • You must be able to provide a high level of customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask are necessary for this role.
  • Demonstrated experience with PC navigation and multi-window environments is a plus.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays is required.

  • We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
