Brown and Caldwell (BC) is in search of a Proposal and Marketing Coordinator to enhance their team. This full-time role will focus on supporting the company's collaborative delivery initiatives and project pursuits. The position entails working alongside leadership, formulating marketing strategies, and crafting proposals for design-build ventures.

Position Overview:

The Proposal and Marketing Coordinator will report to the Midwest Area Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the IPD Business Development Director and Project Developers. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for IPD marketing requirements, establishing best practices for sales assistance, and managing sales opportunity information.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main marketer for IPD initiatives
  • Assist in the management of the IPD sales funnel database
  • Work with Corporate Communications for both internal and external messaging
  • Engage in the annual business planning process for IPD
  • Support BC's participation in industry associations

The ideal candidate will possess over 4 years of marketing experience, at least 2 years in design-build projects, and a strong background in the engineering and construction sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, along with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
