Job Title: Radiology Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of nuclear medicine technologists to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
  • Oversee the management of productivity and operating budget to meet departmental and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures as needed to cover open shifts and ensure timely patient care.
  • Monitor departmental indicators, service requests, and performance improvement activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a two-year formal nuclear medicine program.
  • Credentialed certification in nuclear medicine from ARRT or CNMT.
  • Minimum three years' experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
  • RSO experience preferred.
  • ACR or IAC accreditation experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate required.
  • ACLS certificate preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory standards for radioactive materials.
