Role Summary

The Marketing Communications Coordinator plays a vital role in executing marketing strategies, aiding in campaign creation, and managing graphic and web design projects. This position is essential to the marketing team, collaborating closely with product management, engineering, sales, and customer relations to facilitate product launches and uncover growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee the production of marketing materials (brochures, data sheets, presentations, event signage, etc.) while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to create and design content for product launches, sales campaigns, digital initiatives, newsletters, and public relations.
  • Support sales efforts, promotional activities, and trade shows.
  • Assist in the writing and editing of marketing literature.
  • Manage updates to the company website using a content management system.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for both internal and external stakeholders regarding products and business strategies.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned by the marketing director to align with departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a business-to-business environment is essential.
  • Proficient in desktop publishing software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based digital marketing tools (Pardot, Constant Contact, etc.) and a willingness to learn.
  • Understanding of social media marketing, PPC/paid search marketing, and SEO best practices.
  • Some experience managing CMS or LMS-based websites (WordPress, Articulate, etc.).
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital media and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
