Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of property operations and leasing activities for a community with up to 400 units.
  • Assist the Community Manager in monitoring financial performance and striving to meet budgeted net operating income.
  • Coordinate maintenance of property grounds and manage service requests efficiently.
  • Ensure a high-quality living experience for residents while fostering a positive work environment for team members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize occupancy rates.
  • Manage aged delinquency collection processes effectively.
  • Facilitate all move-in and move-out procedures to ensure accurate resident ledger accounting.
  • Process lease renewals and manage leasing overflow, including apartment showings and follow-ups.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
  • Assist in the management of rental collections, rent postings, and daily financial deposits.
  • Contribute to achieving team objectives, leasing targets, and resident retention goals.
  • Support outreach initiatives that effectively promote the community.
  • Maintain an understanding of the local market and mentor team members to enhance their knowledge.
  • Lead by example to cultivate a high-performing, customer-oriented team.
  • Enhance resident satisfaction and support the achievement of community goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential property management or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated success in the leasing process.
  • Familiarity with Landlord-Tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and other legal aspects of property management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with residents and clients.
  • Strong financial analysis capabilities, including budgeting and profit and loss management.
  • Experience in luxury or market-rate properties is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of property management software applications.
  • Real Estate License may be required based on state regulations.
