Role Summary

The Marketing Communications Coordinator plays a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies, aiding in campaign creation, graphic and web design initiatives, and executing lead generation programs while evaluating campaign performance. This position is vital to the marketing team and collaborates closely with product management, engineering, sales, and customer relations to facilitate product launches and uncover growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, produce, and oversee the creation of marketing materials (brochures, data sheets, company presentations, event flyers, etc.) while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to curate, write, and design content for product launches, sales campaigns, digital initiatives, newsletters, and public relations.
  • Support sales initiatives, promotions, and trade shows.
  • Assist in writing and editing promotional materials.
  • Manage website updates through a content management system.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives and promotions as needed.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for both internal and external audiences regarding products, business strategies, and management communications.
  • Complete additional projects assigned by the marketing director to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of business-to-business experience is necessary.
  • Proficient in desktop publishing software; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office products, with strong capabilities in PowerPoint.
  • Experience with utilizing cloud-based digital marketing tools (Pardot, Constant Contact, etc.) and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing, PPC/paid search marketing, and SEO best practices.
  • Some experience managing CMS or LMS-based websites (WordPress, Articulate, etc.).
  • Strong project and vendor management skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of current trends in digital media and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be organized, dependable, and possess a keen attention to detail.
