Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Kuros Biosciences. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize regional sales of our products in the Arizona and Nevada area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales quotas set by the Area Sales Director, both independently and through distribution channels.
  • Product Adoption: Create and execute plans to drive surgeon and distributor adoption of our best-in-class bone graft solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-lasting relationships with surgeons and distributors in the region.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain industry awareness regarding market trends, competition, product acceptance, and new product releases.
  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders (orthopedic and neurosurgeons) in the region.
  • Communication: Provide regular reports on progress and key issues to the Area Sales Director and colleagues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Clinical Background: Clinical background and experience highly preferred.
  • Quantifiable Sales Record: Quantifiable sales record (brag book) for sales-related specializations.
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in relevant sales specialization (biosciences and/or spine).
  • Medical Credentialed: Medical or hospital credentialed strongly preferred.
  • CRM Experience: Previous working experience with CRM programs is required.
  • Travel: Up to 70% travel within territory.
