Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Achieve sales quotas set by the Area Sales Director, both independently and through distribution channels.
- Product Adoption: Create and execute plans to drive surgeon and distributor adoption of our best-in-class bone graft solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-lasting relationships with surgeons and distributors in the region.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain industry awareness regarding market trends, competition, product acceptance, and new product releases.
- Business Development: Identify, develop, and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders (orthopedic and neurosurgeons) in the region.
- Communication: Provide regular reports on progress and key issues to the Area Sales Director and colleagues in a timely manner.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Clinical Background: Clinical background and experience highly preferred.
- Quantifiable Sales Record: Quantifiable sales record (brag book) for sales-related specializations.
- Experience: 2+ years' experience in relevant sales specialization (biosciences and/or spine).
- Medical Credentialed: Medical or hospital credentialed strongly preferred.
- CRM Experience: Previous working experience with CRM programs is required.
- Travel: Up to 70% travel within territory.
